Full-Time, Exempt Position Summary: The Vice President of Quality will lead all quality assurance and control functions across DrinkPAK's operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This executive role involves developing and implementing quality systems, managing certifications, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to uphold the company's commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with DrinkPAK's business objectives and regulatory requirements. Quality Systems Management:
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) across all facilities, ensuring compliance with FDA, SQF, NSF, Organic, Kosher, and other relevant standards. · Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and processes meet local, state, federal, and international regulations, including Title 21 of the Food, Drug, & Cosmetic Act. Team Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing quality team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.· Customer Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on quality-related matters, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process enhancements, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices to drive efficiency and product quality. Continuous Improvement:

Develop and manage the quality department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate quality considerations into all aspects of production and product development. Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in quality leadership roles within the food and beverage industry, with experience in multi-site operations. Certifications:
Strong knowledge of SQF, NSF, Organic, Kosher certifications, and HACCP principles. Skills:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and a track record of implementing successful quality initiatives. Physical Requirements:
