What We Do First American Trust product teams develop innovative banking solutions for the real estate industry. We seek an energetic, self-motivated individual excited to work through ambiguity and deliver exceptional user experiences and lasting value to our customers. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to gather insights, understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities, and help build and deliver advanced solutions. This role involves working with business stakeholders, product engineering, and platform engineering, defining strategic direction, and making day-to-day product development decisions. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, experienced in guiding Agile teams from design to implementation, and skilled in defining objectives, prioritizing features, managing timelines, gathering requirements, and communicating clearly with stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

Contribute to cultivating a customer-obsessed, product-led design culture.

Facilitate alignment among stakeholders to create a shared view of product priorities.

Drive the vision and delivery of new product features supporting business growth.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.

Work with product delivery teams to ensure quick time-to-market and resource optimization.

Prioritize product opportunities collaboratively with team members and engineering.

Define customer requirements for the entire experience, including features and functions.

Engage with users to understand and validate their needs.

Conduct feedback sessions to gather customer insights on features and enhancements.

Develop metrics to evaluate the success of new features and identify needed improvements.

Participate in planning meetings, providing strategic guidance.

Collaborate with customers and team members to understand development needs.

Assess customer behaviors, emerging trends, and industry standards.

Leverage insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation, ensuring compliance.

Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize financial performance while maintaining market competitiveness and customer value.

Understand technical issues sufficiently to prioritize features, technical debt reduction, and resiliency improvements.

Support testing strategies, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in product development, requirements analysis, pricing, planning, and financial strategy.

5-7 years of related experience in product or service development.

3+ years of Agile product management experience.

Experience working with strategic partners.

Knowledge of product management tools like Atlassian, Miro, and Planview.

Financial product management experience, especially in Commercial Treasury Management payment products.

Expertise in payables and receivables.

Strong leadership and communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Proven success in launching new products and delivering features iteratively.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business and engineering teams.

Customer-focused with experience in developing high-level requirements.

Strategic, results-oriented leadership with a passion for treasury management solutions.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Continuous learner about future treasury management trends and customer needs.

Ability to build cross-team relationships and foster cooperation.

Desire to contribute across teams, embodying team spirit.

High business acumen, strategic agility, and negotiation skills.

Pay Range $126,100 - $168,125 annually. This range is an estimate and depends on various factors including experience, skills, and location.
