The Senior Manager of Sourcing, Procurement, and Vendor Data Management oversees vendor relationships, ensures compliance with procurement policies, negotiates contracts, and analyzes vendor data. The ideal candidate has a strong background in vendor management, procurement strategy, and data analytics in a high-growth environment. Key responsibilities include creating interactive dashboards, overseeing vendor performance related to SLAs, performance guarantees, and reporting timelines. The role involves establishing KPIs for vendor performance and data management, reviewing vendor performance regularly, and utilizing technology to centralize vendor information and automate data capture. The candidate will analyze complex vendor issues, track resolutions, and exercise expertise in setting objectives and approaches. Additional duties include managing vendor data and processes, conducting market scans for innovative solutions, and setting procedures and benchmarks to ensure data quality. Building and maintaining positive vendor relationships, developing vendor scorecards focusing on financial, customer satisfaction, and growth metrics, and monitoring commitments are also key. The role offers ownership of projects and collaboration with various stakeholders to improve business operations. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: Lead and develop the Vendor and Data Management team, including members of various experience levels. Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with business goals. Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance. Assess vendor risks such as financial stability and compliance. Drive initiatives to improve transparency, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and processes. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sourcing, and Legal to align vendor management with business needs. Lead analytics tools and create dashboards related to vendor SLAs, performance guarantees, and reporting timelines. Provide insights into complex vendor issues and track resolutions. Conduct market scans for new vendor solutions. Oversee vendor performance evaluation through scorecards, focusing on financial, satisfaction, and growth metrics, using KPIs for real-time improvement. Monitor commitments and follow up for audits, reporting, invoicing, and reconciliation. Perform additional duties as assigned.
