Senior Director of Biostatistics
to lead the Biometrics function and support the development of novel oncology therapeutics. The company is well-capitalized (over $1B in cash), with multiple programs under internal control, and strong momentum including
recent Fast Track designation . You’ll work in a
high-performance, highly collaborative environment
with a strong succession track—this is a strategic leadership role with future elevation potential. The position reports into a leader who is respected, focused, and known for execution excellence. Key Responsibilities
Serve as Biostatistics lead for development programs across all clinical phases. Oversee internal/external teams and ensure quality statistical deliverables. Contribute to protocols, SAPs, CSRs, publications, and regulatory submissions. Provide statistical expertise and drive innovation in trial design and data interpretation. Represent Biostatistics with external partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies. What You Bring
15+ years of statistical experience in drug development, 10+ in oncology. Hands-on experience with protocol writing, SAPs, and regulatory filings. Track record of successful oncology drug approvals. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. A preference for
early-stage oncology
