Resourcing the procurement team appropriately is a priority to support this growth. Purpose of the Job: The Senior Product Manager for the Bayport EO & EOD business will be a key member of the INEOS Oxide US Business Team, regularly communicating with the INEOS Oxide Board and internal stakeholders worldwide. The role supports the Business Manager for EO and EODs, focusing on maximizing EBITDA and cash flow, balancing short-term optimization with long-term strategic value creation. The Senior Product Manager will lead and coordinate a cross-functional team across Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service. A deep understanding of production capabilities, market dynamics, customer requirements, and cost-to-serve is essential. The role involves monitoring market demand, managing supply challenges, and fostering relationships with co-producers in the US market. This is a senior leadership role within the US team, providing leadership for the Customer Service Team and contributing to the overall order-to-cash process. Internal Factors:
Reporting to INEOS Oxide Board on EBITDA, margins, sales volumes, and strategic planning. Aligning with Business Manager on short, medium, and long-term strategies. Collaborating with sales and regional managers on pricing and volume targets. Leading the Customer Service Manager and guiding supply chain and manufacturing teams. Working with finance on performance forecasting. External Factors:
Monitoring market drivers and maintaining strong market connections. Engaging with co-producers for opportunities and supply agreements. Understanding feedstock pricing and market trends. Maintaining regular dialogue with key customers and industry consultants. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Education & Experience:
Degree or equivalent, 5+ years in chemicals, understanding of oxides, negotiation skills, fluency in English. Technical Skills:
Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, commercial acumen, analytical skills, basic chemical manufacturing knowledge, legal and regulatory understanding, accounting principles. Behavioral Skills:
