The Senior Director, Modeling Analytics will lead a team focused on designing and implementing advanced statistical and machine learning models that align with organizational strategy. This role will provide technical leadership, promote innovation, and guide cross-functional collaborations to develop analytical solutions for business challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in predictive analytics and statistical experimentation, along with experience in leading high-performing teams to deliver actionable insights. Required Skills
Expertise in statistical programming languages and modeling tools Strong grasp of statistical techniques such as regression analysis, time series forecasting, clustering, and machine learning methods Proven track record of deploying models in business environments and delivering measurable outcomes High-level analytical thinking with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to varied audiences Leadership experience managing analytics or data science teams Awareness of data platforms and cloud-based analytics solutions Understanding of industry regulations relevant to modeling and data governance Desired Skills
