The 30+ year company supports the petrochemical and manufacturing industry domestically and internationally, providing training, occupational medicine, and innovative solutions along the Gulf Coast. Live Online Proctors are responsible for proctoring trainees via virtual labs.
Responsibilities include: Checking in trainees and verifying identification prior to testing Monitoring trainees during training events Communicating lab rules and policies to ensure adherence Explaining course and exam processes Providing technical assistance with course navigation, login, or equipment setup Understanding testing procedures and adhering to quality and security measures Reporting irregularities or misconduct immediately Maintaining professionalism and respectful demeanor Assisting with breaks and covering for lunches Reporting course issues promptly to the supervisor Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Knowledge of HASC policies and procedures Proficiency in Windows Office and internet browsers Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Willingness to cross-train and assist other departments Physical and Work Environment:
Regularly required to read, communicate, stand, walk, and handle equipment. Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Office setting with potential travel. Accommodations available for disabilities.
