Job Overview Arch Capital Group Ltd. is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of AVP, Process Excellence Delivery. The role involves leading Lean Transformation initiatives, fostering continuous improvement practices, and partnering with business units to embed these practices into organizational routines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead deployment of Lean Transformation initiatives and routines.
Assess current and future states, develop implementation plans, and evaluate impact and value of changes.
Develop strong partnerships to understand business issues and integrate continuous improvement.
Utilize Lean and problem-solving tools to develop insights and solutions, ensuring standardization.
Deliver standard work consistently and successfully.
Conduct training and problem-solving workshops with senior management and teams.
Coach senior leaders and managers to support and sustain continuous improvement efforts.
Guide teams on tools and techniques for performance improvement.
Skills & Competencies

Lean Transformation experience
Operational and analytical thinking
Effective communication, facilitation skills
Insurance knowledge and business acumen
Attention to detail and organizational skills
High emotional intelligence and professionalism
Experience & Education
7+ years in Lean management and transformational change leadership
Experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred
Lean certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies
Proven ability to interpret data and measure performance
Strong communication skills, ability to work under changing priorities
Knowledge of change management principles and practices
Proficiency in project management, data analysis
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; work experience may substitute
Professional Lean Certification is a plus
Additional Details Base salary range: $98,000 - $155,700/year, with incentives. Compensation depends on location, responsibilities, qualifications, and business needs. Benefits information available upon request.
