To learn more about fairlife and its complete line of products, please visit fairlife.com. job purpose : The Franchise Operations Manager will be a thought partner to the Fairlife sales team in each region, the Coca-Cola retail teams, Bottlers, Customers, and other partners to build and manage sales and commercial functions within the market focused primarily on the DSD products within the Fairlife portfolio. They will act as a key Franchise partner, support customer activity, and participate in multiple functions with our bottling partners in commercial routines and sales execution. The Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for developing bottler/ market specific commercial and customer plans, incorporating national and regional priorities as well as bottler-specific metrics and incentives. This position will also participate in CCNA franchise and bottler commercial and sales routines to ensure proper prioritization for fairlife DSD brands that align with fairlife business goals and objectives.

responsibilities:
Lead the Franchise, Commercial, and Customer execution and stewardship for fairlife's DSD portfolio of brands within the North American Operating Unit (NAOU), and specifically within assigned geography
Partner with the fairlife region team, Key Account Managers, Bottlers, and NAOU customer and commercial leaders to develop customer-specific selling stories leveraging leading edge consumer, shopper, and category insights
Support Collaborative Business Plans and other strategic meetings by providing analytic and commercial support to the sales teams
Assess local nuances, bottler-specific metrics, customer needs, and tailor plans to ensure programming will meet overall business goals, including creative development of regional programming
Utilize influencing skills to finalize and sell-in programming plans to help drive success and deliver on annual business goals
Partner with commercial and regional bottler teams, as well as bottler sales teams, to customize fairlife's national commercial plan for specific bottler and territory
Conduct store visits with bottling partners to support execution
Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to include omnichannel plans as part of the annual and long-term business plans
Work seamlessly across multiple internal and external functions including Sales, HQ Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Shopper Marketing, North American Operating Unit Sales, Commercial, and Category Strategic Advisory
Efficiently prioritize time across all customers/RTM to ensure the fairlife brands' category selling stories are flawlessly executed, on time, for each respective customer and buyer
Deliver against annual and long-term Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) including base brand acceleration, successful innovation sell-in and expansion, and achieving revenue and profit growth targets
Leverage Nielsen, Numerator, retailer shopper data and proprietary Coca-Cola tools and research to develop best in class insights and selling stories
Ensure timely and appropriate communication of confirmed programming to fairlife and NAOU teams to maximize executions
Manage overall business performance and progress within defined geography or bottler and support Sr Director and RSM in tracking execution, analyzing execution data, and report findings.
Assist Senior Director in annual Sources of Growth (SOG) planning along with the bottler commercial, customer, and revenue growth teams and Coca-Cola franchise leadership
Partner with regional Key Account Managers to develop bottler delivered brand selling materials for priority customers as needed
Evaluate current and past programming for effectiveness and ROI to determine future needs and plans
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within assigned territory and accounts
Ensure time sensitive deadlines are met within assigned territory
skills/qualifications required:
Bachelor's Degree in related field required
3-5+ years of CPG sales and/or commercial experience required, with a focus on food or beverage products preferred
Strong ability to leverage and manipulate data and insights to tell a compelling story and drive business plan objects
Strong analytical capabilities utilizing Nielsen, IRI, customer shopper data or similar programs
Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong business acumen ability
Ability to leverage combination of relationship development and data-driven influencing to achieve business goals
Proactive attitude with entrepreneurial skill set, who thrives in a multi-tasking environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional groups, and take programs from concept to completion
Strong project management experience
High proficiency with all Microsoft Office platforms
Demonstrated ability to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives in response to inevitable market challenges
Demonstrated knowledge of building sales presentations
A vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
