We are seeking a Manager to join our Oil & Gas Assurance practice, able to sit in various offices. We seek someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy. Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities. Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and conformance. Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and lead change effectively. Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals. Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagement. Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations. Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent. 5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience. Experience with oil & gas clients. CPA certification. Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent. 1+ year of supervisory experience. EisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
