Product Development Senior Associate —someone with a strong grasp of private market structures and a commercial mindset, ready to work across legal, operational, and investment teams to shape and launch new products from concept to first close. You’ll play a hands-on role in bringing new investment strategies to life: structuring fund terms, coordinating internal teams, reviewing launch documentation, and helping to build the operating model behind scalable, high-impact solutions. This is a great move for someone who’s worked in fund structuring, private market product management, or new vehicle launches—and wants more influence, variety, and direct access to decision-makers. What You’ll Do: Drive the end-to-end launch of new investment products—from early-stage planning to investor-ready execution. Collaborate across legal, ops, compliance, marketing, investor relations, and investment teams to align structure, timelines, and delivery. Contribute to the shaping of commercial fund terms, and translate complex fund mechanics into clear documentation and actionable tasks. Coordinate with operational leads and external partners to ensure seamless onboarding and post-launch scalability. Maintain and improve templates, processes, and tools to support future product launches more efficiently. Provide input into long-term product strategy and the broader roadmap for innovation. What You’ll Bring: 3–6 years of experience in private markets or asset management, ideally in a role related to product structuring, fund launches, or legal/commercial operations. Strong understanding of fund mechanics, private equity structures, and investor access strategies across different jurisdictions. Excellent communication and coordination skills—you’ll regularly engage with stakeholders across disciplines and seniority levels. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, timelines, and workstreams in a high-accountability environment. A thoughtful, commercial mindset—someone who understands how small product decisions ripple through the investor and operational experience. Preferred Background: JD, MBA, or equivalent experience is a plus Familiarity with alternative fund structures, private wealth vehicles, or institutional product distribution is an advantage Why This Role? You’ll be part of a fast-growing function that plays a direct role in how private market products evolve and scale. You’ll get exposure to legal, operational, and investment leadership across the firm, not just one silo. You’ll work in an environment that values initiative, cross-functional thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with clarity and impact.
