Kulshan Carbon Trust (KCT) is seeking a strategic and business-minded volunteer to assist us in creating an innovative business plan that strengthens our nonprofit's long-term sustainability and impact. This position is perfect for someone with experience in business development, strategic planning, or nonprofit finance who is passionate about climate solutions and eager to explore opportunities for collaborative, community-based regeneration projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with KCT leadership to develop a business model and financial strategy that aligns with our vision and mission. Identify potential revenue streams, funding opportunities, and sustainability strategies. Help refine our operational plans, growth strategies, and organizational structure. Offer guidance on scaling our programs and boosting financial resilience. Support the development of business partnerships and earned revenue opportunities. Ideal Qualifications: Experience in business planning, financial strategy, or nonprofit development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate ideas into actionable business strategies. Passion for environmental sustainability and community impact. Impact:
Your expertise will empower KCT to build a strong and sustainable foundation for organic growth. This will enable our place-based, community-oriented organization to promote long-term regenerative natural climate solutions while employing our collaborative, interdisciplinary, and intergenerational approach to work. Volunteers should be between the ages of 21 and 99.
