Our Designia Graduates Program is a 9-month sales-oriented acceleration program through which you will learn about our business, combining formal training sessions (hard and soft skills), on-the-job training, and development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to interact with senior management in an international environment, rotating through different assignments. Participants will be guided by General Managers and will be assigned a specific buddy to help them with day-to-day issues. At the end of the program, you will become a sales professional and fill a full-time sales role within COSENTINO once the program is completed. What you need to succeed
Recent graduates in Architecture and Design.* Clear interest in developing a professional career in sales & business. Solid communication skills, curiosity to learn, team spirit, commitment, and energy to lead projects. Fluent in English. Proficiency in any other European language will be valued. No formal working experience is required, but any experience in sales & customer service will be valued. *Other degrees will be valued if the candidate shows strong appetite and some experience selling high-design products and/or upscale services. Networking and interactions with senior management. Participants will be guided by Country Managers / Regional Directors and sponsored by two senior executives. Access to sales roles in Cosentino's key markets. After the program, participants should be ready to work as Architect & Designer Sales Managers or Cosentino City Specialists (Showroom Specialists) at Cosentino Centers/Cities across EMEA and North America. The program will run from October 2025 to June 2026. The first weeks will be in our HQs in Almería and Madrid for in-class training. Subsequently, participants will start on-the-job training in their locations. Online training sessions will also be part of the program.
