Key Responsibilities

Identifying and targeting potential clients who require building maintenance and janitorial services.
Client Relationship Management:
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and explore opportunities for expanding service offerings.
Strategic Planning:
Developing and executing strategies to increase the company's market share and overall growth, including analyzing market trends and researching competition.
Sales Process Management:
Managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals and transitioning new accounts to operations.
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Market Research:
Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
Proposal Development:
Creating tailored proposals and presentations that highlight the company's value proposition.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
5 years of progressive sales and business development experience, focusing on facilities services.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business management preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, strategic thinking, multi-priority management, and proficiency in CRM systems.
