What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Own the strategy and roadmap for cross-sell initiatives, collaborating across functions and brands - Act as a product owner for agile teams, leading sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration - Develop and implement monetization and cross-sell strategies using your ad tech or growth expertise - Plan, implement, and optimize growth experiments, utilizing A/B testing and other validation methods - Analyze data using SQL, Amplitude, Python/R, and other tools to guide product decisions
What is Required (Qualifications): - Experience as a product manager in ad tech, growth, or related technical environments - Strong organizational and written communication skills for articulating strategy and priorities - Proficiency in product analytics and A/B testing methodologies with hands-on experience using SQL and visualization tools - Comfortable with end-to-end product ownership in high-autonomy roles - Experience collaborating with legal, privacy, and platform teams in fast-paced product cycles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Founding or co-founding experience in a startup, especially in the B2B or B2B2C space - Background as a growth operator or technical product leader with experience in data science or experimentation infrastructure
