The Project Coordinator applies diverse knowledge of design, construction, engineering, and business practices across broad assignments. They play a key role in coordinating and managing various aspects of construction projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. The role involves working closely with clients, end users, stakeholders, contractors, and third parties, supporting Project/Construction Managers. Typical duties include assessing conditions, scoping projects, coordinating, organizing, reviewing, communicating, researching, and supporting project teams. Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction General construction knowledge preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and web-based document control systems Understanding of building, project site systems, and construction methods preferred Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills Self-starter with initiative, responsiveness, and strong follow-through Creative, collaborative, and a team player Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to read and understand project contracts, specifications, and drawings preferred Willingness to travel to different work sites Ability to work outdoors in various environmental and weather conditions, including increased noise and potential hazards Physical ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and reaching Positive, service-oriented attitude towards the firm, colleagues, and clients Essential Job Functions

Ensure contractor compliance with contract documents and requirements Understand and adhere to the client’s Construction Management contract requirements Document construction activities accurately Review Project Inspector Daily Reports for accuracy Conduct weekly progress meetings and record minutes Support clients in all project-related facets Act as liaison between the client and contractor Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, and third parties (e.g., Fire Department, BOW, HECO, DOT) Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors Manage project schedules and workforce coordination Review and process design requirements such as RFIs, submittals, and project changes Maintain proper filing, tracking logs, and archiving as per BK standards Coordinate with Field Inspectors and ensure effective communication of pertinent information Read and interpret plans and specifications, making connections between field plans and specs Conduct work site visits and maintain logs Research and respond to RFIs as needed Prepare weekly and monthly project reports Perform other duties as assigned Location:

$55,000 – 75,000 per year, depending on experience
