We are looking for passionate industry professionals. Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant Respond quickly and professionally to customer-related issues Communicate with both FOH and BOH employees Check out servers and bartenders, reconcile safe, fill out daily reports Ensure smooth dining and bar experience for customers Coordinate with servers and kitchen to ensure timely food delivery Ensure guest satisfaction, resolve conflicts and complaints as they arise Assist in hiring and training staff Double-check all incoming orders Maintain knowledge of the food menu and table numbers Manage and oversee scheduling, adjusting schedules as needed Handle employee discipline and termination in accordance with restaurant policy Perform quality control checks on food regularly Ensure compliance with capacity and liquor regulations Conduct daily checks of restaurant and equipment for health, safety, and hygiene standards Schedule routine maintenance and repairs as needed Requirements

3+ years of strong supervisory experience Ability to stand/walk for a minimum of 8 hours or as needed Must have weekend availability Knowledge of Aloha POS and OpenTable is a plus Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail Decision-making and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze problems and offer solutions Respond well to feedback and constructive criticism Professional communication skills and active listening
