RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Delivering insights and providing recommendations to inform the appropriate network and key stakeholders. Supporting the analysis of earned, managed, and owned media, including print and online publications. Analyzing program and content performance across social and digital platforms, offering insights into industry trends and competitor activities. Ensuring business needs are met through the use of dashboards, BI tools, and data implementation strategies. Assisting in the creation of strategies to grow and develop RedBull’s global audience. Utilizing data from various sources to shape digital and social media strategies, delivering thought leadership and contextual understanding based on competitor analysis and audience research. Using tools such as Looker, Sprinklr, Tubular, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Analytics, alongside internal proprietary systems powered by AI and machine learning, to gain a comprehensive understanding of RedBull’s content and its global competition. Communicating at the executive level with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights. Leveraging industry expertise to serve as the subject matter expert for all data-driven programming strategies, enabling effective collaboration with direct reports and cross-functional teams. Building and maintaining relationships with counterparts and stakeholders at RedBull's global headquarters to ensure alignment between global and U.S. media network strategies and objectives. Deliver insights to key stakeholders to guide the development and strategy of future projects during business plans (BP) and quarterly/monthly check-ins. Provide actionable insights for each major project at all stages of its lifecycle, including development, project kickoff, and post-launch evaluation. Incorporate the full suite of Enterprise Media Operations (EMO) insights into in-depth reporting on priority projects. Introduce new analysis techniques and improve existing methodologies to better measure the business impact of media outputs, such as social conversations, sentiment analysis, word of mouth (WOM), primary content research, social contagion, and virality. Develop and enhance statistical analytics approaches that generate commercial benefits for RedBull’s content strategy, such as forecasting content performance to set project targets and evaluate content value. 3+ years of media analytics experience related to digital media strategy, user behavior and engagement, or programming and has ideally worked in content Possess extensive knowledge of metrics and performance across digital, broadcast, linear, data, and emerging platforms. Demonstrate expert analytical skills with the ability to craft clear narratives and produce actionable insights through data analysis and visualization. Have practical experience in implementing SQL, R, or Python workflows. Experience in managing projects involving applied statistics, machine learning, and neural networks. Exhibit a deep understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), content strategies, and performance measurement tools. Proficient in working with BI tool dashboards such as Tableau, Looker, SAP Orca, and Google Data Studio. Skilled in tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Sprinklr, social business management tools, audience measurement, and social listening platforms. Hold a bachelor's degree or possess equivalent professional experience. Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered advantageous. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience.
