Overview Iconic and celebrated restaurant group featuring eclectic, modern, and fine dining Southwest Cuisine is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead the team towards continued excellence and brand expansion. The company includes multiple concepts such as a flagship upscale Southwestern restaurant, private dining and cantina, a large private event venue, a fine dining restaurant, and a new hot spot offering tacos and tequilas. About the Role Our restaurants focus on providing a memorable Southwestern dining experience with regional ingredients, crafted cocktails, and impeccable service. The ideal candidate will have multi-unit oversight experience across various concepts, excellent communication skills, a passion for positive work culture, and a hands-on approach to leadership with high standards of excellence. Main Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the restaurants, supporting additional openings as needed. Act as a mediator between restaurants and ownership, promoting organizational health and a positive employee and guest experience. Enhance communication between culinary and service teams to ensure a healthy team environment. Key Focus AreasRevenue & Costs

Attend management meetings, focus on guest and employee satisfaction, and manage food, beverage, and labor costs. Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams for innovative offerings. Develop and monitor budgets, financial targets, and analyze P&L statements. Employee Experience & Culture

Ensure effective staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations. Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and compliance. Promote a positive, respectful, and professional work environment. Operational Efficiencies

Manage maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships. Ensure regulatory compliance and support daily operations. Compensation & Benefits

$150,000 base salary with bonuses and incentives Relocation assistance Two weeks paid vacation and benefits Additional Details
