STV's is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager
for our Water Practice Group. You'll contribute immediately to Water and Wastewater (W/WW) project development and execution as part of a rapidly growing practice area within STV. Projects involve a wide range of types, sizes, clients. The office location can be in New York City, White Plains, NY, Lawrenceville, NJ, or Philadelphia, PA.

As a Project Manager, you'll perform engineering design and provide oversight, quality control, project management, client development, and proposal preparation for water, stormwater, wastewater, pumping, and conveyance infrastructure. A strong understanding of hydraulics, pipeline mechanics, pumping systems, and operation and control is essential. You'll handle all aspects of water facility planning, design, and engineering during construction, working under the Regional Water Group Manager and collaborating with other project managers and client service managers. Knowledge of treatment unit processes and close work with water and wastewater subject matter experts is required. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver large and/or multiple projects on time, within budget, and according to contract requirements. Provide effective project management to reduce costs and add value through proven techniques. Assist in executing existing projects and developing new pursuits. Lead project teams, liaising with internal departments, planning, organizing, and directing design staff. Oversee project designs and construction services. Interface with clients to understand needs and ensure expectations are met. Contribute to corporate initiatives to meet company goals. Assess project requirements and develop sound approaches to meet client needs. Ensure project deliverables meet requirements and schedules. Monitor costs, budgets, schedules, and staffing. Enhance project quality through ideas and suggestions. Establish and report key project metrics. Create communication plans and conduct status meetings. Supervise team members. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus. PE registration in NY, NJ, or PA with at least 8 years of experience. Experience in planning, design, and construction of W/WW facilities and infrastructure. Experience working with municipal and agency water clients. Proficiency in CAD, 3-D modeling, and project management software. Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
