Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building/Civil Engineering. Min. 10 years relevant experience in construction related industry. Able to work independently, carry out presentation/costing to management. Able to manage and lead team of project QS. Able to work closely with whole technical team and carry out management’s direction. Liaise with Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers. Able to carry out subcontract and contract administration. Interpret, review engineering documents such as specifications, drawings and scope of work. Taking off quantities and calling of quotations. Preparation of Bill of Quantities, detail pricing breakdown, cost comparison and cost summary.
