What Late Phase Business Development does at Worldwide The Business Development department is dedicated to providing best-in-class customer service, growing and building business longevity for phase I-IV studies, and expanding our client base and relationships. What you will do

Achieve and maintain effective client relationships. Design and deliver solution-driven capabilities and proposal presentations in collaboration with clinical and operational teams. Identify business opportunities through client needs and relationship building. Work proactively with clients and project teams to resolve concerns and develop action plans. Make sales calls to prospective clients to initiate new business relationships. Respond to Requests for Proposals/Information. Represent Worldwide at industry conferences and trade shows. Meet individual revenue and sales targets through proactive communication and sales efforts for late phase services. Leverage your network of biotechnology and pharmaceutical contacts to connect with potential clients. Assist in developing project proposals, including communication with clients, internal teams, and budget reviews. Coordinate and attend trade shows, organize meetings, and manage event logistics to ensure smooth and within-budget activities. What you will bring to the role

A proven track record in building productive client relationships in clinical research or health sciences industries. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication skills and professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate. Effective presentation and negotiation skills. Your experience

BA/BS in business or life sciences; MS or MBA preferred. At least 10 years of sales experience in CRO industries. Clinical Operations background preferred. Knowledge of the drug development process.
