The Housing Authority of Conway, SC is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Executive Director. The agency operates with a budget of approximately $3.0 million and employs 12 full-time staff, 3 part-time staff, and 3 contract maintenance employees. It manages 258 Public Housing Units, 373 Housing Choice Vouchers, and 58 Section 8 New Construction units. The Board of Commissioners consists of 5 members. Conway is the county seat of Horry County and is home to Coastal Carolina University and Horry-Georgetown Tech.

At least five years of experience in the administration or management of public housing or for-profit affordable housing. Candidates with exceptional academic or experience backgrounds that compensate for any deficiencies may still be considered.
