Advise on privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity issues in transactions. Work with private and public companies across various industries. Engage in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and technology transactions. Requirements
2-5 years of relevant legal experience. Experience with mergers and acquisitions or other transactional work. Familiarity with technology industries and regulatory policy is desirable. Education
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
CIPP certification is a plus. Skills
