With the newly completed structures of our Skilled Care, The Martin Jahn Healthcare Pavilion, and Independent Living apartments, The Gardens. We're extremely excited with the continued growth of expansion of our beautiful community here at KBH. In our efforts to continue providing the residents of King-Bruwaert House with the best quality of care and services they deserve, we are currently looking for a Sr. Director of Resident & Hospitality Services. This is a Full-Time position that will oversee the following departments: Culinary, Housekeeping, Life Enrichment, Chaplaincy, and Resident Services & Wellness. The Sr. Director of Resident & Hospitality Services will be responsible for enhancing our residents experience through streamlining current processes within all direct reporting departments. This will require basic knowledge in the overall functions of each department reporting to the Sr. Director of Resident & Hospitality Services, while providing the opportunity to gain a clearer insight to some of the more detailed functions within each department. Previous experience in healthcare and hospitality services highly preferred. Requirements Bachelor's Degree required - MBA desired Must have 5 - 10 years related experience Supervisory experience a must Must be able to relate to senior population, some with dementia, or emotionally upset behavior, in an appropriate manner Must be able to work closely with CEO, Board Members, and other Senior Leadership Team Members Must have effective communication and written skills Proficiency in program planning, data collection, data analysis, and reporting outcomes
