Position Summary As a Product Analyst, you will be part of a product team creating data-driven solutions that add value and insights for our customers. You will work closely with Product Managers and Directors to use analytics, visualization, and market awareness to identify opportunities, develop user stories, and collaborate with technical teams to develop product concepts and prototypes, shaping product roadmaps across BHI’s portfolio. Responsibilities Support development of Tableau/wireframing/analytics translating business requirements into technical features. Assist with client relations, product lifecycle management, and data usage policies. Identify problems, gather user input, and outline solutions supported by data. Create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively. Use analytics tools to understand user behavior and define KPIs across products. Conduct market and competitive landscape analysis considering customer trends. Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and developers to define features and acceptance criteria. Requirements BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related field. MS preferred in the same fields. Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred). Ability to interpret incomplete or ambiguous data and passionate about data analysis and solutions. Experience in software product management, business analysis, or market intelligence. Proven ability to design complex analytical solutions that influence decision-making. Excellent communication skills. Experience with large, structured, and unstructured data sources. Comfort with ambiguity and independent problem-solving skills. Adherence to confidentiality, HIPAA, PHI, PII, SOC2, and HiTrust standards. The salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 annually, plus bonuses based on experience and location.
