MetaPhase is seeking an IT Operations Specialist with 10 years of experience supporting Federal IT infrastructure operations to drive service management, acquisition documentation, and business operations support for Treasury’s enterprise network programs. This role ensures deliverables, financials, and reporting stay on track across multiple TENS workstreams.
What You Will Be Doing: Submit, track, and report on IT service requests, change tickets, and incidents in ServiceNow. Generate weekly liaison service reports, executive dashboards, and KPI scorecards for Treasury OCIO leadership. Maintain project documentation, policies, and procedures in SharePoint; ensure version control and quality. Assist with acquisition package development, risk logs, and proposal‑evaluation artifacts. Coordinate cross‑workstream meetings, logistics, and communications to keep stakeholders aligned. What We Need From You (Required): 10 years supporting Federal IT operations, CPIC, or service management functions. Proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM, Microsoft Excel/Power BI, and SharePoint administration. Experience preparing acquisition documentation and budget/financial reports for Federal programs. Eligibility for High Public Trust (Tier 4) investigation; U.S. Citizenship required. Bonus Points (Desired): ITILv4 or PMP certification. Experience automating workflows with Power Automate or UiPath. Work Setup:
