Ministry Training/Spiritual Formation Spiritual Life and Formation Develop and maintain relationships and disciplines within a church community that foster a vibrant spiritual life. Ensure staff accountability for daily devotional practices. Lead teams and individuals in their spiritual growth. Promote dependence on prayer, rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, in all ministry activities. Mission-wide Training Complete required mission-wide and position-specific training. Divisional/Regional Training Participate in and contribute to leadership development and discipleship training events. Club Oversee development and support of Young Life Clubs and campus ministry activities. Ensure regular, excellent Club gatherings. Contact Work Maintain active personal ministry contact with students. Campaigners Model exemplary ministry through personal Campaigner groups. Support growth of Campaigner groups citywide. Camp Develop and implement summer and school-year adventure strategies to meet mission objectives. RTD (Recruit, Train and Deploy) Cast vision for reaching all kids in Hong Kong. Recruit, hire, and place staff and volunteers. Cultivate future staff prospects and develop leadership pipelines. Supervise, develop, and evaluate staff, providing necessary resources. Participate in regional leadership initiatives. Mentor team leaders and build community relationships. Resource Development Develop a diverse regional board and communication strategies. Organize impactful fundraising events. Cultivate partners for mission support. Support and Administration Personal Development Create personal leadership growth plans. Maintain professional integrity and set strategic ministry goals. Systems Maintain accurate information systems and oversee marketing and communication efforts. Administration Ensure legal and financial compliance. Coordinate with mission offices and manage budgets transparently. Other Participate in camp assignments and divisional events as assigned. Working Conditions: Flexible hours and locations. Qualifications:

Education: Preferred experience and qualities include: 5-10 years in ministry leadership with a proven development record. Strong relational skills with diverse audiences. Excellent communication skills. Strategic planning and event management abilities. Ability to inspire and motivate teams. Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit. Cross-cultural relational skills. Decision-making and critical thinking skills. Discretion and confidentiality. Visionary leadership and team-building capabilities. Creative, innovative, and principled.
