Position Overview The Head of Sales & Business Development will lead the ATS business unit's sales organization, develop strategic plans, and achieve financial and commercial goals. Responsibilities include overseeing the global sales pipeline, establishing lead generation strategies, exploring new markets, and building strategic partnerships. This role is crucial in shaping the growth strategy within advanced therapies alongside the ATS leadership team. Responsibilities

Define and implement sales strategies for the business unit, including long-term development plans for products and services. Manage the global ATS sales team, set and meet sales targets, and monitor sales activities. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new products, services, and markets. Develop relationships with industry stakeholders, including customers and partners, and pursue strategic collaborations. Coordinate with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and supply chain to align strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights for product development. Lead consultative selling processes and negotiations, including pricing decisions. Represent the company at industry events and meetings. Ensure all commercial activities are documented in Salesforce. Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred. At least 10 years of sales/business development experience in the advanced therapy or biopharmaceutical industry. Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience managing sales teams. Strong technical and industry knowledge in advanced therapies. Proven success in achieving sales targets and fostering business growth. Extensive industry network and experience in strategic selling and relationship management. International sales experience and willingness to travel. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. What We Offer
