Connecticut’s Department of Developmental Services (CTDDS) requires an experienced Project Manager to lead their Care Case Management workstream of application and data migration projects.

Experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements, electronic health records (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), patient case management, and claims processing is essential. Responsibilities include managing application and data migration projects, with skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, SME interaction, meeting management, testing, and test preparation. Applicants should have 5+ years of experience working within an enterprise PMO, familiar with standard project tools, metrics, dashboards, schedules, status reports, and meeting agendas. The role requires a blend of communication, IT, budgeting, and reporting skills. The candidate must be able to: Communicate and facilitate consensus among stakeholders. Deliver clear, specific, and respectful oral and written communications to business owners, IT teams, and management. Possess a good understanding of IT, HR, and Finance functional processes and transformation initiatives. Exhibit proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical methods. Work collaboratively across functions, sectors, and locations. Demonstrate strong analytical, judgment, tact, decision-making, and critical thinking skills. Show excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Manage time effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion. Experience in technology-driven change management.
