who is searching for a long-term career within a growing company. The position provides full contract lifecycle support to assigned opportunities from capture and strategic teaming through proposal, contract award, and closeout. Responsibilities include: Review and negotiate teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements with prime contractors and subcontractors. Analyze solicitations and provide proposal support, including development of tracking sheets, rates analysis, and/or terms and conditions. Provide guidance and advice to Executive Leaders and Program Managers about proposal and contractual risks and obligations. Prepare subcontracts and subcontract modifications; negotiate contracts and subcontracts with the government, the prime, and subs. Mentor delivery teams on the acquisition process, including trends in contracting. Lead proposal sections for small or limited competition proposals and actively participate in teaming strategy discussions. Collaborate with legal and human resources teams to ensure contracts' compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Excellent organizational skills. Team Player with a lean-forward attitude. Experience managing all contract types including CPFF, FFP, and T&M. Experience in negotiations with government and industry. Experience supporting a variety of federal customers, particularly Department of Defense (DoD) and FAA. Experience supporting multiple programs/internal customers simultaneously in a dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge of and experience working with both commercial and government contract terms and conditions. In-depth knowledge of contract flow-down clauses and other government requirements. In-depth knowledge of the FAR, Federal Aviation Administration AMS, and DFARS, especially of regulations pertaining to procurement and subcontracts. Desired skills and knowledge: Recent experience with Deltek Costpoint. Experience supporting proposal responses. Experience managing GSA orders. Seniority level
