This role will report directly to the Head of Index Sales and will be instrumental in managing both the data subscription team and passive products teams, overseeing a global book of business. We are seeking performance-driving people leaders to foster partnership and excellence within our sell side client segment. This individual will be a collaborator and innovator with both internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of senior sellers tasked with cultivating our existing business and responsible for rapidly growing our client footprint to achieve multi-million dollar financial targets. Collaborate with global product teams to ensure alignment with new product development. Drive high levels of client engagement at senior levels. Be a great teammate, prioritizing the Group's interests. Work across the client ecosystem to deliver unique solutions. Drive adoption of sales standard processes, with a focus on data-led decision making. Manage a team covering the largest hedge funds, banks, and insurance firms worldwide. Candidate Profile / Key Skills Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Technical expertise to originate complex index ideas for pitches to sell side structuring desks. Experience in index rebalancing is beneficial for supporting hedge fund and sell side research clients. Expert negotiation skills to drive positive outcomes while achieving financial targets. People leadership experience to elevate team standards. Executive presence to manage internal and external C-level engagements. Experience in driving double-digit financial outcomes. Proven track record of outperformance in sales or financial roles. Extensive relationships at senior levels within major sell side desks, hedge funds, and insurance investment teams. Data-centric approach to business decision-making. Experience with hedge fund and/or indexation strategies is a plus. Experience with complex derivatives is preferred. Strong work ethic, ability to motivate others, and respect for colleagues are essential prerequisites. Compensation/Benefits The anticipated base salary is $0 - $0, with variability by location. The role is eligible for a Variable Incentive Compensation plan, with target variable pay aligned to career stage.
