seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; and Scottsdale, AZ, with projects ongoing throughout the country. The right candidate will have at least 7 years of project management experience in healthcare construction. Path is looking for individuals with strong technical skills, good communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Leading and managing a project team to ensure successful project delivery.

Managing project costs with full P+L responsibility.

Overseeing daily activities of subcontractors and suppliers.

Contract administration, procurement, estimating, and managing pay requests and change orders.

Handling requests for information, scheduling, tracking submittals, and safety controls.

Maintaining and delivering a high level of quality throughout the project.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.

7+ years of construction experience, including healthcare.

Experience with Primavera or Microsoft Project for scheduling.

Occasional travel (1-3 days per month).

Estimating experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
