Job Title: ADAS Vehicle Calibration Center Manager Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Automotive / Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) About Us: At ADAS Calibrations LLC., we’re shaping the future of vehicle safety and performance. Specializing in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), we provide cutting-edge calibration services that keep modern vehicles functioning at their best. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Calibration Center Manager to lead our growing team and ensure excellence in operations, customer service, and technical delivery. Position Overview: As the ADAS Calibration Center Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our calibration facilities, ensuring precise service delivery, team productivity, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for managing technicians, streamlining workflow, maintaining quality standards, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of calibration technicians and support staff Ensure accurate and timely calibration of ADAS systems according to OEM specifications Maintain and enforce safety, quality, and compliance protocols Coordinate with insurance companies, repair centers, and customers Monitor KPIs and center performance metrics to meet operational goals Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility standards Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members Stay updated on ADAS technology and calibration procedures Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in automotive service or calibration (ADAS preferred) 2+ years in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of ADAS systems, tools, and OEM requirements Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills ASE certifications or ADAS-specific training a plus Proficiency with calibration equipment and diagnostic software Valid driver’s license with clean driving record What We Offer: Competitive salary + performance bonuses Health insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for training and advancement A modern, well-equipped work environment Apply Now!
