Commercial Project Manager
to oversee complex building projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate brings over a decade of hands-on experience in commercial construction and thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, accountability, and team leadership are essential. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining schedule integrity, ensuring client satisfaction, and protecting project profitability.

Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality. Interpret plans and drawings with precision; lead all communication among owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project and three-week look-aheads with superintendents. Execute effective subcontractor buyouts in collaboration with estimating and operations leadership. Monitor material and shop drawing submittals; review and approve final documents. Lead and document all project meetings including OAC and internal progress reviews. Provide detailed monthly cost projections and update management on potential cost/schedule impacts. Ensure all contract documents are fully understood and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred. 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. 3-5 years of direct responsibility managing full-cycle construction projects. Proven ability to complete projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with auto dealership or multi-story self-storage construction projects preferred. High proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of project accounting, contract compliance, and scheduling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high sense of urgency.
