About this role Great writing, for everyone. It’s our vision for Writer, and our customers’ vision for their teams. We’re looking for an Enterprise customer success manager whose top priority is helping customers succeed with Writer. Our product is adopted across organizations, requiring someone comfortable navigating complex customer relationships, managing projects, and driving value.

As our customer success manager, you’ll help build onboarding, adoption, and retention processes. We have a strong foundation with a NRR of +130% and GRR of +95%.

You’ll report to the Manager of Enterprise Customer Success and collaborate with other CSMs to build a world-class CS organization.

Your responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for customers, creating and driving success plans

Develop expertise in on-brand content development at scale

Manage programs to enhance adoption, value, and renewal of Writer

Handle the full renewal process, including forecasting, negotiations, and proposals

Meet retention targets for gross and net dollar retention

Collaborate with Sales to identify revenue growth opportunities

Strengthen relationships and create advocates within customer organizations

Create and share onboarding, adoption, and renewal materials

Share insights to help Product improve user education and activation

Analyze product usage data for deeper customer insights

Is this you?

5+ years in an Enterprise B2B SaaS CSM role

Track record of exceeding GRR and NRR targets, owning renewals

Experience expanding product adoption within organizations

Skilled in managing relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including C-level

Proficient in change management, motivating and overcoming barriers

Ability to simplify complex concepts

Knowledge of editorial, content marketing, technical writing, or UX teams is a plus

And qualities such as proactive communication, high motivation, curiosity, presentation skills, leadership, and alignment with our mission and values are essential.
