The Client Service Team Leader within the Alternatives group serves as a point of escalation for complex issues, directing team resources to ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing Client Service Supervisors and their teams, handling day-to-day client relationships, performing core product functions, and collaborating on interdepartmental projects. You will also consult with clients on alternatives concepts related to hedge funds, private equity, private debt, and real estate funds. To Be Successful, You’ll Need To

Be attentive to your team and clients, understanding their needs and goals. Be committed to staff development, demonstrating leadership and empowerment skills. Possess creative problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions. Key Responsibilities Include

Review and approve NAV packs and allocations for various funds. Solve complex problems with clients, including multi-currency and IRR calculations. Act as the main contact for client auditors, ensuring smooth audit cycles. Collaborate with financial reporting teams during quarterly and annual cycles. Prepare and review capital calls and distributions. Coordinate with support teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Enhance policies, procedures, and internal controls, including new technology implementations. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for clients. Document legal, tax, and documentation issues. Manage escalations related to systems, operations, and risk/control issues. Work with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities for client relationship expansion. Oversee and train employees, managing performance and disciplinary issues. Support new business and product implementations. Qualifications

BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years in PE/RE/Hedge Fund accounting; supervisory experience required. Knowledge of alternative industry segments such as Private Debt, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or Real Estate. Proficient in Excel; familiarity with WSO preferred. Experience with Luxembourg funds is desirable. What We Offer
