Head of Product Management
to lead product vision, development, and lifecycle management across multiple verticals.
Position Summary The Head of Product Management will define and drive Yondr’s multi-vertical product roadmap, leading strategy across Entertainment, Education, Strategic Partners, and Consumer segments, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
This role involves balancing customer insights, operational constraints, market data, and business goals to develop and optimize physical and digital products. Ideal for a product leader thriving in high-growth, ambiguous environments with proven full lifecycle management experience in consumer goods.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and evolve product vision and roadmap across all verticals.
Align strategy with business objectives and scalability.
Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives.
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
Lead projects from concept to launch.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle including research, development, and iteration.
Ensure timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
Cross-Functional Execution
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Ops, Engineering, and Finance.
Manage agency and vendor relationships.
Coordinate with Supply Chain and Ops for feasibility and scalability.
Customer & Market Insight
Gather and synthesize feedback to inform product direction.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
Data & Reporting
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Track ROI, adoption, and engagement metrics.
Team Development
Mentor and collaborate with product teams.
Establish scalable processes and documentation systems.
Qualifications
Minimum 12 years in product management.
Strong understanding of B2C, B2B, and B2B2C strategies.
Experience managing diverse product portfolios.
Proven success with physical and hybrid products.
Experience working with internal engineers and external vendors.
Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Passion for mission-driven work; education tech experience a plus.
Familiarity with PLM tools and supply chain processes.
