Remote Patient Monitoring Specialist , you will oversee home-based monitoring devices, analyze patient data, and alert clinicians to significant changes. Your vigilance ensures timely interventions and improved outcomes for seniors with chronic conditions.Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain remote monitoring equipment in patients’ homes. Review patient data for trends, anomalies, and health risks. Communicate with healthcare teams regarding concerning findings. Educate patients and families on using monitoring devices and interpreting results. Qualifications:
