Work with project manager to ensure implementation of safety program, including integrating safety program into all site plans and procedures and adhering to all safety and record-keeping requirements. Supervise, direct, coach, train, and mentor the project team including direct and indirect reports. Communicate with own forces and trades to ensure that performance, productivity, quality, and safety requirements are met. Collaborate consistently with the construction/project manager and project team. Proactively manage potential problems, work interferences, and schedule conflicts/setbacks. Liaise between field engineers, estimators, and subcontractors to ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications. Liaise with clients, other site contractors, union and labor relations, and site and office representatives. Visualize the entire project, plan and create the complete project schedule, identify the critical path, and anticipate constructability issues. Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and resource-loaded three-week lookahead schedules. Create, maintain, and execute the project plan and schedule, ensuring compliance with budget and quality standards. Review and understand the contract and subcontracts, develop plans to identify and mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities to meet financial targets. Maintain project administration correspondence and comply with documentation requirements. Develop and maintain strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders. Value and model a solution provider and profitability culture. The salary range for this position is estimated to be $177,000.00 - $220,000.00 USD annually. Education and Experience Requirements Requires a High School Diploma and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Related Occupation Superintendent or any other job title performing all listed job duties.
