Job Title: Growth Leader - Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)

Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking a Growth Leader to support IPD operations in the Western U.S. This role requires knowledge of market trends, competitive dynamics, and BC's brand, with a focus on achieving sales growth objectives. The leader will collaborate with various directors to develop and execute IPD strategies aligned with growth targets across portfolios, working closely with the IPD Enterprise team to expand a profitable IPD portfolio.
The role emphasizes purposeful growth, responsible freedom, disciplined creativity, and deep connections. The Growth Leader will work with operational, technical, and growth teams to maximize IPD sales and backlog. Remote work is permitted, ideally near one of the specified Western U.S. offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual IPD business plan in partnership with key leaders to meet performance metrics.
Serve as Client Service Manager and Sales Leader for top clients, improving win rates and supporting sales team training.
Maintain connectivity with Client Service Managers to gather market and competitor intelligence.
Provide project leadership, serving as Project Manager or Principal in Charge to meet operational goals.
Partner with IPD Enterprise to enhance contractor relationships.
Share knowledge on market trends and lessons learned across the business unit and IPD Enterprise.
Lead monthly IPD meetings to drive actionable outcomes.
Foster talent development and promote diversity within IPD projects.
Coordinate with operations to align resource deployment with client priorities.
Support BC's brand internally and externally through engagement in key opportunities.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Degree in engineering or related field.
15+ years of experience with recent delivery of collaborative projects in engineering and construction.
Experience with commercial strategies and a successful track record in pursuit and sales strategies.
Exceptional communication skills for collaborative engagement.
Existing contractor market links and successful business development history.
DBIA certification or commitment to obtain it.
Leadership qualities to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
Strategic and critical thinking skills, with a willingness to challenge norms.
Decisiveness in handling risk and uncertainty.
Ability to identify market drivers and develop innovative growth solutions.
Background in relationship-based sales, win strategies, and proposal development.
Understanding of political landscape impacts on growth and strategy.

Varies by location: Location A: $161K-$221K, Location B: $177K-$243K, Location C: $193K-$265K. Details available upon inquiry.
