Bradshaw Home We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Inventory Lead

to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring timely product availability. The Inventory Lead will be responsible for coordinating daily inventory activities, resolving discrepancies, managing damaged goods, and working cross-functionally to uphold organizational standards. This position requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and assign daily cycle counts and inventory audits. Investigate, identify, and reconcile inventory discrepancies, including shortages and overages. Record all errors and maintain a discrepancy log to ensure follow-up and corrective actions. Review and address items in "lost" status daily. Handle damaged and defective products appropriately, including repacking, spoil designation, or scrapping. Achieve and maintain daily cycle count goals. Investigate and clear shorts promptly to avoid delays in shipping and customer cuts. Complete buyer inventory status change requests in a timely manner. Reconcile and adjust miscellaneous inventory (e.g., Returns to Stock - RTS). Assist in processing customer returns accurately and efficiently. Provide reporting and support to the Inventory Control team as needed. Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment in all inventory areas. Lead by example in following safety procedures and report unsafe behavior immediately. Ensure optimal use of resources to minimize overtime while meeting job functions. Collaborate with other departments to support overall warehouse goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, with leadership responsibilities preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to lead, instruct, and motivate team members effectively. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Flexible and team-oriented mindset, committed to supporting company goals. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Ability to lift, move, or handle materials within standard warehouse environments. Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
