Responsibilities:

Analyze complex data sets using Microsoft technology stack to derive actionable insights.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using tools like Power BI, SQL Server, and Excel.

Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics and Microsoft technologies.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior analysts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

5-7 years of professional experience in the software industry, with a focus on data analysis.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, Excel).

Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and database design.

Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Willingness to work on-site in Seattle, WA.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse).

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
