Overview As a Branch Operations Lead, you will be part of a world-class team focused on delivering a high-quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience across all customer touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting customers with financial needs such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and loan payments across various platforms (online and mobile) Supervising junior staff and providing guidance and approvals as needed Supporting the Assistant Branch Manager in leading the branch team to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence We support your career growth through ongoing training to expand your business knowledge, digital skills, and customer relationship capabilities. Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service, resolving escalated issues promptly and effectively Support branch customers with a range of banking products and services, including safe deposit boxes, merchant/vault processing, ATM operations, foreign currency exchange, and new account opening Train junior staff to identify referral and sales opportunities while ensuring compliance with bank policies Refer customers to Relationship Managers or Financial Consultants for needs assessment and cross-selling opportunities Utilize digital resources to enhance clients’ digital banking experience Educate clients on conducting transactions via online banking, mobile apps, and ATMs Provide backup support to the Assistant Branch Manager, including branch certifications and audits Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred At least 3 years of customer service, teller, or sales experience in banking or financial services Strong knowledge of branch operations Familiarity with branch technology and teller equipment Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills Compensation The pay range for this role is USD $26.00 to $28.00 per hour, with specific offers based on experience, skills, and location.
