Boston Legacy FC (the “Club”) is Boston’s new professional women’s soccer team, set to begin play in the National Women’s Soccer League in 2026. We are dedicated to building a championship-caliber organization on and off the pitch. The Role Boston Legacy FC is seeking a CRM Analyst to join our Data & Analytics strategy team. You will be the day-to-day HubSpot administrator, reporting to the VP, Ticketing. This role is vital for our Ticket Sales & Service team to utilize HubSpot effectively for closing business. Responsibilities include distributing leads, creating campaigns via bulk uploads, and supporting departmental training and engagement with the system. Key Responsibilities Provide daily support and training for HubSpot users. Maintain and query data using HubSpot objects to generate actionable insights. Assist with pipeline management, enabling data-driven decision-making. Implement lead scoring to prioritize prospects. Manage and distribute leads from various sources for B2C campaigns. Collaborate with Data & Analytics and sales teams to improve processes and data quality. Support internal teams, such as Marketing, with list development. What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of CRM experience preferred. Experience in the sports industry is a plus. Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs (Salesforce, Dynamics), including workflows and customizations. Basic knowledge of database concepts and relationships between accounts, contacts, and opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites. Strong organizational skills, pattern recognition, and data presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Creative and analytical thinking with attention to detail. Respect for confidentiality. Why Join Us?
