Housed at UCSC Silicon Valley Extension, SBAC is committed to supporting diverse learners and involving educators, researchers, policymakers, and community groups. Job Summary The Director of Business Development, reporting to the Executive Officer for External Affairs, will support SBAC through acquiring new members and license agreements, leveraging industry intelligence and developing new relationships. Salary: $104,900 - $136,230/year, commensurate with experience Benefits: Full benefits Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, daytime shift Location: Remote Job Duties Responsibilities include activities in business intelligence, strategic planning, relationship management, and business proposals, with detailed tasks outlined in the original description. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Recent experience in public sector business development Knowledge of K-12 assessment and education systems Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Additional Conditions
