Responsibilities Plan, direct, manage, and oversee all substance abuse services activities. Assess the quality of programming and services provided to patients and families. Ensure compliance with standards set by professional bodies, The Joint Commission, and other accrediting organizations. Supervise all program activities across inpatient units, including programming, patient interactions, and implementation of new programs and in-services. Qualifications Job Specifications:

Demonstrate competency in relevant skills and knowledge, including providing services to adolescent and adult populations in inpatient and partial hospitalization settings. Education:

Doctorate in Psychology, Psy D., or Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology. Experience:

3+ years in substance abuse services, with at least 1 year in supervisory roles. Licensure/Certification:

Licensed Psychologist, Psy D., LCPC, or LCSW required. CADC preferred. Knowledge:

Understanding of therapy theories, group leadership, developmental stages, crisis management, assessments, and teamwork with hospital and community staff. About Universal Health Services...
