Salary: $2,600 - $4,000 Working Days: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 6pm (once a month half Saturday 9am to 12pm) Working Location: Nearest MRT (Sembawang / Admiralty) Job Responsibilities Updating all records of purchased products. Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Requirements: With at least 2 years of purchasing experience Email: supreme.jacksontan@gmail.com Tan Yong Zhi (Jackson) | Reg: R24124461 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte.
