Job Summary: The

Senior Technical Product Manager

is responsible for translating the vision and strategy for the product portfolio into actionable software solutions. This role partners with product line managers, technical product managers, UX, and development teams to ensure alignment and delivery. The Senior Product Manager serves as the bridge between internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, implementation, training, and support, gathering insights and driving execution to meet customer needs and business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of the product vision, target customer segments, and long-term priorities. Align and communicate goals with senior leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, implementation, training, and support teams. Act as the voice of the customer and validate/refine solutions throughout development. Facilitate customer interactions to uncover unmet needs and conduct concept testing. Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead Agile development including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and reviews. Oversee quarterly Agile planning and deepen subject matter expertise. Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps and prioritize features across multiple quarters. Manage project dependencies with other product managers and track progress. Identify and mitigate risks, drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment. Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and refine strategies to improve customer and business impact. Validate acceptance criteria during product delivery and iterate as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. College degree in business, finance, or technology recommended. Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Senior Product Manager role. Minimum 3 years in product management for software products (preferably B2B enterprise SaaS or Tax & Accounting). Hands-on Agile Scrum experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager. Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including user story creation and backlog grooming. Experience collaborating with UX and technical teams on research-based product refinement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strategic Thinking & Influence:
