Support energy-related financings and transactional work for data centers and project developers. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in energy regulatory practice and related transactions. Demonstrated familiarity with FERC processes and renewable energy or gas sector matters. Admission to the District of Columbia Bar. Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation abilities.
